Campus protest pandemic: Pro-Palestine violence spreading With around 2,200 students arrested on US university campuses for staging actions in support of Palestinians, the contagion of action against Israel has spread to France, the UK, Canada, Australia and beyond. Police charged high-school students in Paris (top right) and Portland (top left), while students in Toronto (2nd row, middle) encircled the protest encampment to protect it from rival pro-Israel protestors.
