I been researching different methods like Feldenkrais, Yoga, Gigong, Tai Chi etc. But this is the most organic and holistic way of moving and self-theraphy i found.
To the untrained eye this could look weird or maybe like i am obsessed by a demon. One could say it is my inner demonds i am “fighting“ here to release tension stored in the body (bodyarmour).
