We’ve seen that most people are retracting their arms quite significantly. Yet we also see that most people have their hands forward of their body because their forearm angles forward. In this video we make sense of this problem and use the knowledge gained to improve our adjustment of the arm relative to the torso. I offer lessons in the Initial Alexander Technique, which are conducted one-on-one with a teacher over Zoom. They are designed to help you gain conscious control over how you move your body.
