“Christ commanded us to pray“ - warm M/F duet calling to persistent prayer

I read an article in which the author said that, “God does not do anything except in answer to prayer.“ And our Lord Jesus Christ emphasized the importance of persistent prayer in His parable of the crooked judge & the persistent widow. Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray & not give up.“ He said, “There was a widow who kept coming to him asking, ’Grant me justice against my adversary.“ For some time he refused. But finally said to himself, “Even though I don’t fear God or have no care for people, bet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice.“ And the Lord said, “And will not god bring about justice for His chosen ones, who cry out to Him day & night?“ Luke 18:1-6 Let’s be persistent in our prayers & the Lord will do “immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.“ Ephesians 3:20
