Is this pup too cute to be a killer? Romeo’s Halloween costume suggests otherwise. The internet is conflicted over this of the French bulldog dressed as the terrifying film character Chucky the doll from “Child’s Play.” Romeo’s human, Vanessa Cheng, says she loved the costume when she saw it and had to have it.
