Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark🤩 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • This recipe makes two servings: 1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml) 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I use a smooth pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup / honey optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • Toppings: 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted 1 banana sliced handful of crushed peanuts • 1. Mix all the ingredients together 2. Spread the mixture on a cutting board lined with parchment paper 3. Drizzle the peanut butter and dark chocolate on top. Make a swirl with a toothpick/cocktail stick 4. Freeze for two hours or until set 5. Cut into pieces 6. Let sit in room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving to let it defrost!
