Designing My Own Reusable Handkerchief [Green Workplace Project] 《Church of God》

One of the ASEZ WAO’s Green Workplace Projects is using a handkerchief. After washing our hands or brushing our teeth, we often use paper towels or hand dryers. If one person uses a personal handkerchief instead of paper towels for a year at the workplace, 10.5 kg of CO2 can be reduced for a year and two trees can be saved. Although it is a small action that we can take in our daily lives, it is an efficient maneuver for the climate changes by reducing CO2 and preserving trees. We can take a lead in responding to the climate changes by carrying our own handkerchiefs that no one else in the world has! Don’t you think you will feel great about using it? Some might think it’s too cumbersome to use a handkerchief instead of paper towels and hand dryers. However, let’s use this activity as an opportunity to be more interested in the efforts for sustainable developments of humans and Earth, and put things into practice one by one.
