ELEKS is a leading IT company offering software product development, consulting, and quality control assurance services. To celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2016, ELEKS created an advertising video showcasing the company’s evolution over time. The video serves multiple purposes: Establishing the company’s reputation among potential clients (image video) Acting as an effective recruiting tool Boosting the corporate spirit and team motivation The video highlights the development of programming languages and ELEKS’ impact on the energy sector in the country. The insights gathered from employees helped create an authentic story. The central question addressed in the video is how to transform a great idea into a software product. It emphasizes the dedication and effort required to achieve success and the satisfaction derived from the results. Each element in the advertisement is historically accurate and strategically selected for the company. Actual employees of ELEKS participated in the video production, enhancing the corporate spirit. The setting was designed to resemble the company’s founding era, and the current ELEKS office was reorganized accordingly. The use of computer graphics was limited, with most visual effects achieved through actual filming.
