3️⃣ Single Leg Downward Dog to Spider-Man Lunge w/ Thoracic Rotation
4️⃣ Squat to Stand w/ Thoracic Rotation
5️⃣ Hand Supporter Figure 4 Squats
6️⃣ Frog Stretch and Modified Half Kneeling Frog Stretch
7️⃣ Adductor Rocking and Hip Slide
8️⃣ “The Archer” Cossack Squat
9️⃣ Rollover into V-Sit
