How to Grow Coral Bells

We all love Hydrangeas, but for me, the best shade plant is the Heuchera! Also, known as the Coral Bell. Here in California, zone 9, these are evergreen so they look beautiful in the garden all year long. I love to play with the color and use the dark purple leaves next to the Lemon Coral Sedum. Or, the Caramel Heuchera to pull out the copper out of the Autumn Fern. in this video I use a bright lime green Coral Bell to add some well-needed brightness to a shady corner. Did you know that all of mine are growing in full shade? Yes, these guys get ZERO direct sunlight. And look how great they are doing! They are covered in flowers! So, you can grow these awesome plants right next to all of your Hostas and Ferns! They even flower in full shade!
