Ba Duan Jin (Eight Section Brocade) is the most popular Qigong routine practiced around the world. Follow along to the newly updated version from the Chinese Health Qigong Association. Based on their continued research and evaluation, some minor updates were made to their original Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin routine. This updated routine was taught to Shifu Shirley Chock in 2019 by Shenyang Sports University Professor Jiang Juan, Qigong master with the Chinese Health Qigong Association.
