Doll making, Merton, London. C/U Unfinished dolls’ heads in factory. M/S Women at benches working on heads of dolls. C/U From behind woman, eyes being fixed into doll’s head. Head held up and eyes open and close. M/S Woman takes down dolls’ head from hook and starts to trim eyelashes C/U Trimming eyelashes. L/S Factory. C/U Woman polishing leg of doll. M/S Another polishing neck joint. Tray full of heads without eyes. M/S Women fixing limbs on to bodies. M/S Woman putting leg on doll. Fixing on arm.
