Music by Xavier Rudd- Spirit Bird This is a sample of how I live in Hawaii :) Very soon I will be holding space for aspiring handstand students across the world to join me here on Oahu, Hawaii. This will be a highly intensive Handstand Retreat and will involve the following: 4-5 Hours of handstand training daily 5 times a week Starting the day with a light and healthy breakfast 45 Minutes of yoga style stretching 15 Minutes for your own personal warm up/meditation 2 Hours of intensive handstand training Finishing the morning practice with a light snack is recommended on the way to snorkel or surfing. We will spend time around the island. 2pm Lunch time 3pm-5pm Nap time - Free time 5pm-7pm Open training Dinner and Sleep REPEAT Monday to Friday. 10 days is the recommended length of time.
