Body camera footage of arrest of Nicholas Belsito by Erie County Sheriff’s Office This is the body camera footage showing Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies Kenneth Achtyl and James Flowers arresting then 25-year-old Nicholas Belsito during tailgating at a Buffalo Bills game near New Era Field in Orchard Park, N.Y. in December 2017. The charges against Belsito were dropped, and he now plans to file a lawsuit for wrongful arrest and assault.
