Tidal Motion - Gron (Lyric video)

We composed and recorded this song as part of our #mftsom challenge, but for the month of April. The more we worked on it, the more we realized that we wanted to put more work in it than just finish the song as part of the challenge, and ended up taking a bit longer than initially planned. Aragorn sent his initial guitar demo with some drums in it, which I used to record the drums as my first real physical drum recording over a 4 hour period. It took me 2 hours to set up the kit and all mics, so I ended up having to record all drums in 2 hours. Dhrune finally added his amazingly diverse and powerful vocals, writing enough material for two songs, and refined the mix over a dozen times until my suggestions for improvement, the drum recording, and his drive to make this sound as good as he could drove him nearly insane.
