Moe’s hometown is famous for bamboo, and when I was around Sutan’s age, I often played in the bamboo forest. I have been surrounded by bamboo in furniture, tableware, and lots of bamboo products. Knowing how much effort and love goes into making a single product is a reason to respect everything around us, and I want to continue to teach this to my daughter. I am happy to return to my hometown as Kimono Mom, and I am delighted to be able to share this bamboo with the world.
