Today I’m sharing with you my first attempt at this leaf pattern. This design was supposed to resemble 4 leaves - you can see how the string comes together in the centre to create a line which was supposed resemble the line down the centre of a leaf. I found this pattern worked better to create a leaf look when I doubled up the on the double half hitch knots (as you can see here on the left and right) but it didn’t come out as clear as I thought.
