Teaching Teenagers English #2 Coping with pre-class anxiety

In this series of no-frills videos for teachers, methodology writer Chris Roland talks about teaching teenagers, providing tips, techniques, anecdotes and discussion about the psychological and emotional world of being a teens teacher. In this clip I touch on pre-class jitters and how we can use a simple change of focus to help work our way out of a low-level anxious loop.
