Soccer Drills | Speed and Agility | Soccer Circuit

Here is our latest soccer drill. This is one of my favorite circuits. This circuit is going to help your all around performance. This will help with your explosiveness, speed, lateral movements and reaction time. I would suggest doing 4-6 resisted sets followed by 2 un-resisted sets.
