My DIY Camera

This is my DIY Camera Crane. The arm and main components are made of 1/2“ plywood reinforced with solid wood at various stress points. The crane arm can switch between a 5 foot or 12 foot boom, which can achieve max heights of 9 feet, and over 15 feet respectively. The tripod is a surveyor’s tripod mount purchased at a local hardware store. The LCD monitor is a Sony DVD player that has video and audio inputs. The entire rig can be taken apart in less then 5 minutes, and can be transported in my mini-va
