Drug Lord Pablo Escobar: Happy New Year, Ukrainians!

Residents of the Ukrainian city of Kharkov were given season’s greetings by an infamous - and deceased - druglord this week. Columbian Pablo Escobar wished them a Happy New Year- his face beaming out proudly from a billboard in the middle of town. The sign had the smiling kingpin waving at passer-bys for several days. Officials claim they have no idea who’s behind the bizzare message, which reportedly cost the anonymous enthusiast over 25,000 dollars to put up.
