Sony 24-70 G Master vs Sony 16-50 Kit Lens

This is a crazy comparison, but while playing with the Sony 24-70mm GM Lens on my Sony A6400, I started to wonder how much better this lens is than the humble (and cheap) 16-50mm kit lens.
