Power Carving & Laser Cutting a Wooden Sign

I power carved a huge sign out of white oak and walnut and laser cut the logos and text. I used various #woodworking machines to accomplish this look. I first milled up the wood by using a jointer and planer. I then ripped everything down on my table saw before doing 4 separate glue ups. I then used my track saw to cut the white oak and inlay some walnut. Once the sign was all dry, I traced out my design and used my new favorite power carving tools, the Arbortech turbo plane and contour sander. I then got to use the Nasum A5 Pro 40W #laser to cut 1/4“ walnut. The laser is a fantastic new upgrade to the workshop. I finished everything off with some odies oil. Watch this entire build from start to finish! #sign. Want to Commission a one-of-a-kind sculpture like this?
