I have been building a big CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machine over the past year. In this first video, I am building the base the machine will sit on. The frame is 5’ by 12’. It has an area for a 4 by 8 foot table with a 4 foot extension without a table for taller work pieces. It is constructed from 2” steel tube with welded connections. The frame rests on nonskid, adjustable, vibration dampening feet made from hockey pucks.
