The 90° V-Groove insert router bit no. RC-45711 makes a very clean cut through the Oramask 813, available on our website, with no cleanup work needed at all. Solid Carbide Spektra™ Coated CNC tooling takes care of the nested cuts. Edges were rounded over using the miniature roundover router bit no. MR0110 3/16“ with ball bearing. The parts were all assembled and then the stand is done!
