Method 1 (gold glitter): - self-adhesive bandage for sensitive areas (I used isolation tape, which didn’t hold well) - big jar of hair gel - paint brush - minimum 200 grams of fine glitter for full body (I used approximately 100 grams for front body only) Method 2 (blue glitter) - self-adhesive bandage for sensitive areas (I used isolation tape, which didn’t hold well) - body oil - medical gloves - minimum 200 grams of fine glitter for full body if you work precisely.
