Hello, you are watching the short video of the minced meat and vegan lahmajun recipe.
A dough is prepared by mixing yeast, salt, vinegar, water and flour.
uses wheat flour
Dough will be kept for 45 minutes
onion garlic
green pepper
tomatoes
liquid oil
cumin isot pepper black pepper salt
tomato and hot pepper paste
fatty lamb mince
boiled green lentils for vegan lahmajun
I add lots of olive oil
chopped parsley and voila
I roll out the dough with a rolling pin
After adding flour to the trays, I add the wide dough.
I add the ingredients to the dough
I bake it in the oven at 250 degrees for 6 - 7 minutes.
You can serve it after cooking the bottom part well.
I add green salad and lemon to it, I eat it after making a wrap, enjoy it.
