Ukrainian neo-Nazis. Russia blew up a shopping center that Ukraine was using as an ammunition depot. You can clearly hear explosions down in the parking area. Ukraine internationally hides western weapons and ammunition in civilian infrastructure to cry on the media when it gets destroyed.
