Narrator Patrick Rothfuss is a New York Times best selling author of the popular and critically-acclaimed epic fantasy series The Kingkiller Chronicles, including the debut novel The Name of the Wind and its follow-up, The Wise Man’s Fear. A novella taking place in the same realm as the first books is due out October 28th, 2014, entitled The Slow Regard of Silent Things, and Rothfuss himself will be narrating the audiobook rendering of his work.
Rothfuss is also a leading philanthropist, helping to raise over $1 million for Heifer International directly and through his 401(3)c non-profit organization Worldbuilders ().
