A play about an attack on covered wagons in 1934. A convoy of covered wagons is attacked by indians and then saved by the cavalry. Unused / unissued material - no paperwork - dates unclear or unknown Title reads: “Indians Attack Covered Wagons. Washington - Paleface train of pioneers meets perils of plains on trek across District of Colombia.“ Washington DC, United States of America. Mock up of train of covered wagons as used in the Wild West. The reconstruction is spoilt slightly by seeing motor cars in the background. Intertitle reads: “Making war whoopee!“ Various shots of the wagons pulled into a circle and being fired upon by men on horses dressed as “Red Indians“ (Native Americans / American Indians). Again the reconstruction is spoilt by seeing raised seating in the background. Intertitle reads: “Saved - by the President’s Cavalry“.
