The LUCKY DUCKIES are one of the most famous VINTAGE SWING AND ROCK’N’ROLL revival bands in Portugal and Europe. Founded in 1987, in a village near LISBON, they have been performing all over the world. The artistic influence of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Eddie Cochran, Elvis Presley, Andy Williams, Bing Crosby, Renato Carosone, Neil Sedaka, Chuck Berry, Bobby Vee, Helen Shapiro, Jerry Lee Lewis, among many other legendary artists, is very clear. On their 35th anniversary they performed at the legendary Lisbon Colosseum (Coliseu dos Recreios de Lisboa), which is now available on this vinyl. In addition to their well-known repertoire, this album premiers the live versions of the original songs “Lisboa Sunset“ and “Viva A Cerveja“. In order to enrich their rhythm section and backing vocals, an additional guitar player and percussionist were invited specially for this show.
