Pipemaking - Sandblasted Author

A few weeks ago I was asked by a pipesmoking friend if I could make him a pipe. We went back and forth a bit, decided on a design and colorscheme and I went to work. Follow along as I move from a raw block of 4-year aged Spanish briar and a rod of “Manduela“ ebonite (German made by SEM), accented with a small piece of African Blackwood, into a beautiful pipe with a unique mouthpiece. I presented the finished pipe to its new owner last week, and now I’m proud to present it to all of my viewers as well. ---------------------------
