The intention of this video is to encourage you to move your body. I took a break from doing advance movements and now I focus on simple moves that I do for 3 minutes few times a day. That is why you see me wearing a dress. I do these sometimes during work hours on my lunch break. I also want to show that every body type can move. Bodypositivity.
Always listen to your body and let your body guide you. Gentle movements is what I love. Movement is a form of art and that is how I express my art.
