How to fold Kendogi & Hakama - NORMAL & QUICK METHOD!!

As you already may know, Kendo is not all about hitting each other with bamboo sticks! Kendo is a philosophy and a way of life! Also, Kendo is respect. We respect our Senpai and Sensei, and we should respect our Kohai. We respect older people and younger. We respect the Dojo, the art and the discipline. And in the discipline we encounter the etiquette and manners; the way to behave towards other people, the surrounding and to ourselves. Even when nobody is watching us, we should continue to behave towards ourselves, taking proper care of our etiquette, and using correctly our equipment such as Shinai, Bogu and Uniform (Kendogi & Hakama), to achieve higher levels of accomplishment.
