For a cake with a diameter of 22 centimeters you will need: Gelatin - 10 grams Water - 50 milliliters Cookies - 400 grams Butter - 150 grams Cottage cheese - 350 grams Sour cream - 200 grams Vanillin - 2 grams Sugar - 130 grams For jelly: Water - 50 milliliters Gelatin - 50 grams Cherry juice - 300 milliliters Raspberries - for decoration Cooking: Pour 10 grams of gelatin with 50 milliliters of water and leave to swell for 15 minutes. While the gelatin swells, grind the cookies into small crumbs, add the melted butter and mix well. We spread the resulting dough on the bottom of the mold and press it down well with a spoon, then send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. We interrupt cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanillin with a blender until smooth. Add the swollen gelatin and mix thoroughly.
