How to Wake Up at 5am (& not be tired!) as a Teenager ⏰
Woahhh crazy and potentially revolutionary idea of waking up (very) early hey. Having done this most weekdays for around a year, I can honestly say that waking up this early changes your outlook on life a lot. Quiet uninterrupted time for meditation and yoga, personal projects, catching up on homework, making proper breakfasts or whatever you feel like doing is just the best thing ✨
I hope this video helps out anyone wanting some tips on how to wake up at 5am (and not be tired!) as a teenager, or just generally how to wake up earlier. I promise I’m not crazyyy ;) x
