#7 [5AM IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE | slow and relaxing morning] Can you believe it’s already almost May? I recently stumbled upon my (very motivated) journal entry from the 1st of January. Alongside the myriads of resolutions I have long forgotten about, I found notes on my ideal morning routine. This routine, together with a pairing night time routine, was supposed to help me achieve my resolutions haha. So today I’d like to try and follow it (for once). Luckily, it’a not too different from my usual routine (minus the fact I wouldn’t do all of them in one morning) and I actually really enjoyed it and hope I’ll be able to incorporate some of these habits in my daily routine more consistently.
