On the anniversary of the events of October 7, the IDF is releasing previously unseen footage from some of the clashes. The first video shows the work of the special operations task force “Ghost“ (Multidimensional Unit) in Kibbutz Reim on the morning of October 7. During a clash with fighter of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the unit’s commander Colonel Roy Levy and Captain Yotam Ben Bassat were killed. The second video shows a battle at the Sderot police station, which was captured by resistance fighters. The video was filmed from a Merkava tank operated by then-commander of the 401st Armored Brigade, Colonel Benny Aharon. Source: Intel Slava Z
