Routine breakdown:
Hands Warm up
Forward Wave Inhale / Exhale Nose/Mouth x 4
Upward / Side Turn Stretch
Lower back Warm up
Lower back push forward x 3
Lift and Look at the Moon x 4
Twist & Turn
Inhale / Exhale Nose/ Mouth x 4
Hip Rotation
Knee Rotation
Knee Warm up
Stretch Hamstrings / Pushing the Knee Out x 4
Inhale / Exhale Nose/Mouth x 4
Press the Earth & Look at the Sky x 3
Pushing the Wave (both legs)
Front & Back Body Stretch x 1
Gathering the Qi to the lower Dan Tien x 3
