Rioters in S. Africa loot and burn down LG Electronics TV Factory

Over in South Africa.
Riots erupted after former President Jacob Zuma was jailed, prompting authorities to send in the army.
Shops are looted and buildings are burned.
Adversely affected are facilities belonging to South Korean tech firm LG and Samsung.
Seoul’s Foreign Ministry vowed to work closely with the local government to protect Korean residents and provide updates on any further damage.

South Africa deployed troops on Monday to contain the violent demonstrations.
Riots began last week,... when supporters of former President Jacob Zuma came out to the streets to protest his jailing.
Up to 30 people have been killed so far,...according to state and provincial authorities.
As rioters burned down buildings and looted shops, the owners saw their livelihoods lost.
