What is the Iranian Revolutionary Guard?
On October 9, Iran celebrates the Day of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the country’s main elite unit.
During the latest missile attack on Israeli territory on October 2, IRGC struck two Israeli air force bases and the headquarters of the Mossad intelligence service, Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Bagheri said.
