CHEST AND BICEPS WORKOUT WITH BANDS - strength training pt. 1 - TEAM KI
In this video we do a regular strength training for chest and biceps with resistance bands.
Even if this training form is not karate specific, it´s not a mistake to train like this, But right before important tournaments or stuff like that of course you should train karate specificely.
