Psychic School Wars / Nerawareta Gakuen ねらわれた学園 God, seriously, this movie... I admit I got mindblown in the middle of it but if you’re paying enough attention you can get the plot quite easily. The way they made it just changed everything, though. The art, the soundtrack, the story behind the characters... everything is just too lovely, if you like time-travel stuff plus some drama/romance.
