Noriko Anno Sonoda is a retired Japanese female judoka, who competed in -72, 72, -78 and Open weight categories. She is a 4-times World champion, 2004 Olympic gold medalist and 17-times National champion. She was famous for her small size while often competing against heavier opposition. Her main throws were O Uchi Gari, Sode Tsurikomi Goshi and Seoi Nage.
