Mixed Melodies With Steppy And Scales

By mixing the gate outputs from Steppy through Planar, it’s possible to generate a variety of melodies quantized by Scales. The second Dixie provides the clock, and it’s pitch is controlled by both Scales OUT B and Planar’s X-axis. Planar is also controlling Rubicon’s WARP, µFold’s FOLD & SYMMETRY, and opening the µVCA to allow a wider range of notes from Steppy to Scales. Using Steppy’s LOOPY mode provides fun trills by repeating a step. Finally, a touch of delay adds a bit of spacey ambience. #intellijel
