Shaolin ying zhua 36 technics(Part 2)

Created by Shaolin Monk, Shi De Yan, the Eagle Sect (Ying Pai) . This is a branch of traditional Shaolin Kung fu based on numeric formulas such as: three frames, four momentums, five postures, the six harmonies (Liu He), 7 poems, 8 methods (BaFa), 9 skills, 13 shapes, 18 strikes, 24 special positions, 36 hands and 72 techniques. Secret weapons were used in Eagle Sect. It also has medicinal gong to balance, cure external forms & internal strength. Master Yang Wei begins with a summary of the theory behind the short stroke without a backswing, then moves on to the application of the 36 canonical techniques, many of which are surprisingly realistic. The master hits with his hands, head, elbows, shoulder, knees and legs, and also uses cinna and throwing techniques.
