Ukrainian officials said the Russian air force dropped 32 guided bombs on Kherson Oblast on October 29. The Ukrainian Air Force said its air defences shot down five Shahed drones overnight on October 29. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Russia and Ukraine needed to engage in negotiations.
