Rear engine elcamino AT WORLD OF WHEELS show in Kansas City

There it is at last, as promised. 1969 elcamino, with an entire drivetrain from a 1977 Cadillac Eldorado (front engine, front wheel drive, big block), still on the Cadillac frame, spliced into the elcamino frame. The only thing still under the hood is the radiator (for airflow purposes). We fabricated customs stainless steel water lines, shifter linkage, throttle linkage, brake lines, etc etc. Obviously it was NOT NEARLY AS EASY as I’m making this sound.
