“Fed up“: Farmers across Europe protest wages, regulation

A small group of French farmers brought their protest movement to Brussels on Wednesday, taking aim at the European Union (EU), for which they blame for overregulation, and they say is making their livelihoods unsustainable. Farmers have already blocked roads across France in recent days in a bid to press the government to ease its drive for lower consumer prices and loosen environmental regulations. Polish farmers also staged road blockades to demonstrate for change.
