How to NavSpark RTK GPS setup (NS-HP) and test with Pixhawk

**** [ Modification in this video ] ***** For normal RTK application, 1Hz base can work with 1 / 2 / 4 / 5 / 8 / 10 Hz rover. Only for moving base RTK mode the base is required to operate at same update rate as the rover. It’s winter now , too cold to test outside. Later I will upload RTL test video.
